Mentorship
Ongoing high-quality mentorship is a must for those interested in a career in primary care behavioral pediatrics. To facilitate the growth of the subspecialty and the professional development of individual practitioners, the Institute offers behavior analysts, psychologists, and physicians as well as graduate students interested in primary care behavioral pediatrics the opportunity to receive mentorship from those already established in the field.
Mentorship through the Institute is one-on-one and involves signing a services agreement, developing an individualized mentorship agreement, hourly fees, and scheduling based upon individual needs, goals, and budgets. Mentees receive discounts on Institute CE courses, and may cancel mentorship at any time.
